Randall is an environmental scientist with over 30 years of experience working on environmental projects throughout the Northeast. He has extensive experience with project management, environmental design and permitting, and stormwater consulting. Randall holds multiple certifications as a soil scientist and wetland scientist. Randall has worked with teams of engineers and scientists to design, modify and monitor constriction sites to lessen the impacts to wildlife and also to address the nuisance factor form other wildlife. He is also trainer and instructor for several regional and national organizations and has presented papers and training programs throughout the country on stormwater related issues.
