Jannell Clampitt is a graduate research assistant at Auburn University under the advisement of Dr. Michael Perez in the department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Before beginning her master’s degree in civil construction, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Biological Systems Engineering from Iowa State University in 2021. Her research focuses on construction stormwater management with projects including projects that involve evaluating hydraulic impoundment capabilities of wattles and developing standards on the use of flocculants for the Alabama DOT. Jannell is a member of the International Erosion Control Association and has her CPESC-IT.
