Hazmat 2024 Call for Presentations

The Hazmat Conference is looking for presenters for the 2024 education program, June 5 – 9, 2024 in Baltimore, Maryland.

Are you creating and sustaining self-development and hazmat trainings in your department every day? Share your thought-provoking, innovative or practical presentation ideas with peers from around the globe at Hazmat 2024!

Session Formats

Individuals may select from the following session delivery methods for their presentation:

Worshops
Preconference & workshops will take place on Wednesday & Thursday. During your submission, you will be required to select your desired course length and indicate if you have a capacity limit:
- Half day (4-hour) course
- 1-day (8-hour) course
Breakout Sessions
Breakout sessions are 90-minute sessions or 3 hours broken up into 2 parts. You will be required to select your desired duration in the submission process.

Requirements for the Submission Process

Submitters can expect to be asked for the following information during the submission process:

Presenter(s) information to include name, title, organization, contact information, and a brief bio. You will be able to invite speakers to complete their profile if you do not have all of their information.
An abstract used to provide an in-depth description of your session to be used by the planning committee in the submission review process.
Learning objectives.
Information on if the content has been presented before.
