Why Exhibit | Floorplan | Reserve a Booth

What Comes with a Booth

  • Opportunity to market your products and services to top industry decision-makers.
  • Complimentary exhibitor badges vary by booth space size:
    • 3 exhibitor badges for the 1st 100 SQ FT.
    • 2 additional exhibitor badges for each additional 100 SQ FT.
    • Exhibitor badges allow access to the General Session and Exhibit Hall Only.
  • Product category listing in the official Mobile App and on the Hazmat Show Website:
    • Company profile and description
    • Company logo, social media and contact info
    • Ability to add show specials
  • Booth package includes:
    • One 6’black draped table
    • Two side chairs
    • One wastebasket
    • Pipe and drape*
    • 7” x 44” booth ID sign (company name and booth number)*
    • Ballroom is carpeted

Not included in booths: A/V, furniture, electrical and internet.

*Linear booths only.

Costs & Fees

Booth Type General Exhibitor
Inside Booths $18.50 / SQ FT
Outside Booths $12.00 / SQ FT
  • By signing the digital Exhibit Space Contract, you certify that you have the authority to sign the contract and bind the company listed to the Official Official Rules and Regulations
  • Contract and deposit are due within 30 days of the receipt of your space reservation. Failure to comply could result in the release of your booth space.
  • Payment Schedule:
    • Full payment is due with booth reservation within 30 days of booth contact.
  • Late Fee: Outstanding balances more than 30 days past due will have a late fee of $200 added to the balance due.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • All cancellations must be made in writing by email to Exhibits@iafc.org.
    • No refund will be made for cancellation, even if space is resold. Any company canceling all or part of their contracted exhibit space after this date will forfeit any payment previously made.
  • Downsizing: If downsizing of a space is requested, an Exhibitor may be required to move to a new location and cancellation penalties will apply.
