Ensure all your staff attending Hazmat have a place to stay. Keep in mind hotels will book up fast and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. They may sell out before the deadline. The Hotel Cut-Off Deadline is May 4, 2023. View Booth Staff Housing info and our additional travel info.

Booth Staff Registration

ALL exhibit personnel MUST register to attend. Each exhibiting company receives 4 FULL complimentary booth staff badges. A promo code has been sent to the primary contact. Didn't receive it? Click here.

Booth Staff Registration Instructions:
Once on the start page:

Enter the email address for the individual who will be attending Hazmat
Select the "Exhibitor" option
Copy and paste your promo code into the Promo Code field
Click "Apply"
You will then be presented with three options to choose from:
- Complimentary Exhibitor-Full Conference badges (4 included with booth)
- $240 - Exhibitor Add On (Full Conference Badge)
- $50 - Exhibitor Booth Only (Hall Access Only)
