Attendee Lists

The only company with access to this information is IAFC. Three options:

Pre-Show Attendee List - $500
List to be sent one week prior to the first day of the conference (June 1, 2023).

Post-Show Attendee List - $750
List to be sent one week after the conference closes.

Attendee list Bundle - $1,000
Includes pre- and post-show attendee lists sent one week prior/one week after conference.

List details:

Lists sent in Excel format.
Sent via email only to exhibitors that purchased.
For One Time Use Only.
Data may not be entered into company sales database.
Data includes: name, title/rank, dept/company, mailing address, type of dept, size of population served, purchasing responsibility, and email addresses for attendees that opted in to share their data

Lead Retrieval

Exhibitors have the option to rent a lead retrieval unit for their booth through American Tradeshow Services.
