Dr. Khatib earned his dental degree from the University of Alberta, Canada and his Medical Degree from the University of California Davis. After his residency at the University of California San Francisco, he completed fellowship training through Legacy Emanuel Hospital in Advanced Craniomaxillofacial and Trauma Surgery. Following this, he completed an additional fellowship through Providence Cancer Center in Head and Neck Oncologic and Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery. He is board certified by the American and Canadian Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Khatib’s practice includes the application of technology and 3D printing to implant surgery, orthognathic as well as trauma and head and neck microvascular reconstructive surgery, He is the Medical Director of the Portland Maxillofacial Prosthodontic 3D Printing Program and an assistant clinical professor at Oregon Health Science University.
