Dr. Gordon Burke is an Instructor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Adjunct Instructor of Medicine at Boston University School of Medicine. He is on faculty as a noninvasive cardiologist at the VA Boston Healthcare System. His research interests include speckle tracking strain, cardiac MRI, and other advanced imaging modalities in patients undergoing structural heart procedures. He built the first comprehensive registry of TAVR patients at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He has peer-reviewed publications from this registry and has several ongoing research projects in the field of structural heart imaging.
