Colin is an Interventional Cardiologisst. His clinical interests are interventional cardiology including percutaneous interventions, structural heart disease, interventional heart failure and management of cardiogenic shock.
He received his medical degree from Boston University and completed his internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at Vanderbilt University. He completed his fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at the New York University Medical Center. Dr. Barker completed advanced training in Interventional Cardiology as well as Peripheral and Endovascular Interventions at Scripps Clinic/Green Hospital in La Jolla, CA.
Dr. Barker is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Director of the Interventional Cardiology Section, Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
