Dr. Madhan Shanmugasundaram is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Cardiology Division of University of Arizona College of Medicine, Tucson and associate program director for cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowship programs. He is an interventional cardiologist and endovascular specialist at the Banner University Medical Center, Tucson. He is the director of cardiac catheterization lab and endovascular services at the Banner University Medical Center, Tucson. He is also the associate program director for Interventional Cardiology and Cardiovascualr disease fellowships. His clinical and research interests include complex coronary revascularization, hemodynamic support devices, peripheral vascular, interventions for acute pulmonary embolism and structural interventions.
