At present, I am working as a full-time faculty member at BronxCare Hospital, New York affiliated with Mount Sinai Morningside - Icahn School of Medicine. Bronxcare serves as a community hospital for the people of South Bronx, predominantly including a population of underprivileged African -American and Hispanic patients. Since I joined as Interventional faculty at BronxCare, I have established AHA shock registry, Cardiomems, and Barostim program for our Advance HF therapy patients along with providing STEMI and coronary interventions. I am working with our vascular surgery team to develop an endovascular intervention program with the goal of reducing limb amputations in our patient population. Throughout my training, I have been part of many QI projects, case reports, oral presentations, and manuscript writing.
