Steven Castleberry is a Senior Principal Scientist and Formulation Team Lead in the Discovery Pharmaceutics group at Genentech. He earned Ph.D. in Medical Engineering from Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts Institute of\ Technology in 2015. Steven worked previously for AbbVie in small molecule formulation where he helped guide multiple programs to FIH entry as well as leading AbbVie’s biopharmaceutics organization. Steven Joined Genentech in the summer of 2020 to lead preclinical biopharm efforts and establish new research focuses on high-throughput characterization techniques and the application of simulation tools in formulation development.
