COVID-19 Update
The health and overall safety of our conference attendees and delegates are of the utmost importance to the Controlled Release Society (CRS). In preparation for our 2023 Annual Meeting & Expo, we stay current with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to implement policies and procedures for a safe and successful meeting.
To ensure we host a positive experience that takes place in accordance with current standards to a safe environment, we ask that you partner with us by following these procedures before, during, and after the conference.
Keep current on all requirements of transportation including mask wearing, proof of vaccination, or testing at your initial and last destination.

*Prior to the CRS 2023 Annual Meeting & Expo:• Follow all United States government protocols and mandates along with venue regulations and guidelines
• Stay home and do not travel if you are aware that you have been exposed to COVID-19 or if you are experiencing any symptoms.
• Follow cleaning and safety tips during your trip to maintain a safe travel environment (hand washing, disinfecting surfaces, wearing a face covering, if preferred)
*During the CRS 2023 Annual Meeting & Expo:• Contactless registration will be in place
• Follow all United States government protocols and mandates along with venue regulations and guidelines
• Wash hands frequently throughout the conference
• Cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing, throw used tissues in the trash
• Self-monitor and report any symptoms to the CRS meeting organizers immediately
*Post the CRS 2023 Annual Meeting & Expo:Notify meetings@controlledreleasesociety.org immediately if you test positive for COVID-19 up to 14 days after returning home. All information will be kept confidential, but notification will allow the CRS to conduct any contact tracing should it be warranted.
