Strategic Services Manager South Metro Fire Rescue Centennial, Colorado, United States
Kim and Chelsea stepped into new roles within the last few years, with Kim transitioning to Strategic Services Manager and Chelsea transitioning to Community Risk Reduction Manager. At their core, Strategic Services and Community Risk Reduction rely on collaboration and strong partnerships – but with over half a million residents and too many risks to count, where do you start? We want to share how our partnerships have allowed us to reduce risk proactively through enhanced community relationships and programs tailored to individual risks and needs. Attendees can expect to dive deep into how we have used research and analysis to make data-informed decisions for our district and which tools were most helpful. To provide specific examples, we will focus on our older adult population to illustrate the data, partnerships, and outreach strategies we have implemented. Many lessons have been learned along the way, and we hope to share our journey with other like-minded professionals.
Put simply – keep calm and use your resources!
