New AUA2023 Educational Offering – Institute for Leadership & Business (ILB) Track!

The ILB Track features seven courses bundled into one convenient package and offered over 4 days. The ILB Track kicks off on Thursday, April 27 with "Leading with Purpose - Perspectives in Successful Leadership". Featuring Dr. Sanford Siegel as Moderator and Dr. Jennifer Miles-Thomas as Host, this program will include three key thought leaders who will share their insights and expertise on varying leadership perspectives:

The program incorporates multiple panel discussions to illustrate the practical application of these insights through the facilitation of engaging, constructive dialogue between faculty and attendees. Register now and inspire your inner leader!

Learning Objectives:

Define inherent vs. learned leadership.
Outline the essential skills for good leadership and describe the best pathways to learn leadership.
Explain how both medical and non-medical leadership styles and challenges are changing.
Identify the crucial characteristics of a good mentor.
