Dr. Santoso is a PhD candidate at KU Leuven, Belgium, under the joint mentorship of Prof Dirk De Ridder (Urologist) and Prof Stefan Sunaert (Radiologist). She earned her medical degree and completed her specialization in urology in Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya, Indonesia.
Before pursuing her doctoral studies, Dr. Santoso served as an academic urologist at her home university and is one of the founding members of the Indonesian Society of Female and Functional Urology. Her current research focuses on neuroimaging of lower urinary tract function, with ongoing projects involving functional MRI and diffusion tensor imaging.
