Dr. Ramos is an international medical graduate (Facultad de Medicina UNAM, Mexico 2022) that currently works as a robotic surgery research fellow at the Glickman Urological & Kidney Institute (Cleveland Clinic). She is an aspiring urologist with a strong sense of purpose and a peculiar creative background in Digital Design. Her main interests include endourology and oncology.
While in medical school, Dr. Ramos was promoted into leadership positions such as class representative for five years, teacher assistant, national manager for the Student Network Organization, and chief intern. Furthermore, she has been a part of several event organization committees, including “Women in Urology” forums and “The Network TUFH 2020” conference. She is passionate about general population education on common urological topics and demonstrates it by creating evidence-based appealing content on social media (@uroxlogy).
Since 2017, Dr. Ramos has been involved in several basic and clinical research projects that have concluded in conference presentations and publications. Remarkably, she was awarded the 2020 Summer Student Scholarship of the Endourological Society. She is a well-rounded individual with vast abilities, such as information technology skills, artistic qualities, and empathic reasoning.
