Ryan Molony is a Staff Scientist at the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY with a Ph.D. in Immunology from Yale University. Ryan completed his doctorate studying aging-related changes in innate immune responses to respiratory viruses, after which he moved to Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research for his Postdoc, completing a CRISPR screen focused on the identification of novel T cell-intrinsic determinants of the efficacy of bispecific therapeutic antibodies targeting hematologic malignancies. In his current position, Ryan studies the roles of extracellular vesicles as mediators of deleterious outcomes associated with bladder and prostate cancer.
