Rachel Vopni is a MD/MPH Dual Degree Candidate for the Class of 2024 at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. She is from Dallas, Texas and graduated from the Unvieristy of Texas at Austin in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II Honors. Prior to starting medical school, she worked as a scribe and medical assistant at Austin Urology Institute and Austin Urogynecology for two years. Her research focuses in her time as a medical student have included Urology, Public Health, and Diversity and Inclusion in Medicine and Medical Education. Her work has been published in journals including "Urology Practice" and "International Journal of Urology and Nephrology." She is looking forward to presenting at this year's AUA conference and applying for residency in the Fall.
