My name is Daniel Vilchez. I am a 3rd year medical student at the University of Utah School of Medicine. I am a first generation student from immigrant parents. I am very involved in advocacy and improving health literacy in under served populations particularly Hispanic communties in my home. I am interested in research that can help improve access to health care and further help immigrants navigate our health system efficiently.
