Katiana Vazquez-Rivera, MD, third year urology resident at Maimonides Health, was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She attended the University of Puerto Rico (2016) and Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine (2020), from which she graduated with national Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) honors. She’s currently serving as a research fellow at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In her spare time, Katiana loves salsa dancing, exercising, and having long walks at the park with her dog, Rio.
