Dr. Ahmad Shabsigh is an assicaiate professer of urologic oncologist at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center. He is the Associate director of Perioperative Quality and Safety. He started his urologic career at New York Presbyterian Medical center in 1997. As a research scientist and a fellow in urologic oncology. He worked on androgen deprivation and angiogenesis of prostate cancer. He later joined their residency program and finished in 2005. After finishing his fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 2008, he moved to The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer center. His research if focused on quality of care and surgical outcome. He continues to develop new techniques in robotic and endoscopic urologic surgery for prostate, kidney, and bladder malignancies.
