Lori Guelman, MSN, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner in Urologic Oncology at Stanford Health Care. A recognized leader in urologic nursing, she has spent over 15 years specializing in the field, previously serving as a Lead APP across urologic and radiation oncology. Lori is a pioneer in patient-centered care, having designed and launched Stanford’s APP-led MRI-guided transperineal prostate biopsy clinic and developed innovative group preoperative visit models. Recipient of the 2020 SHC APP of the Year award, she is a frequent speaker at SUNA and the AUA. Most recently, she served as an expert panelist for the AUA and chaired, presented and moderated at the 2025 Advanced Urologic Conference in Sacramento.
