Chief of Urologic Oncology
Dr. Dahl is a specialist in robotic and laparoscopic surgery for prostate cancer, renal cancer, and UPJ obstruction. He has practiced at the Massachusetts General Hospital for 25 years. He holds the MGH Trustees Endowed Chair in Urologic Oncology and is an Associate Professor at the Harvard Medical School. He has published in the areas of innovations in minimally-invasive surgery, run national clinical trials in bladder preservation strategies in bladder cancer, and demonstrated the feasibility and efficacy of transperineal prostate biopsy. He has contributed also in translational science in prostate and kidney cancer.
