Rajeev Kumar, MD, MCh is Professor of Urology at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India. His principal areas of clinical work are minimally invasive urology with a focus on surgery of the adrenal gland and microsurgery for male infertility. His research interests focus on genetics of male infertility and magnetic resonance techniques for prostate cancer. He has published over 250 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters.
He served as Chief Editor of the Indian Journal of Urology for 10 years and currently serves in various editorial capacities for the Journal of Urology, Journal of Endourology, The National Medical Journal of India, International Journal of Urology, Investigative and Clinical Urology, and Asian Journal of Urology. He is the immediate past-President of the SIU and Adjunct Secretary General of the Urological Association of Asia. He is a member of the American Association of Genitourinary Surgeons and of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of India.
