Dr. Tabayoyong, MD PhD, Assistant Professor of Urology at University of Rochester Medical Center is a Urologic Oncologist who specializes in both minimally invasive urologic oncology and advanced open pelvic and retroperitoneal cancer surgery. Dr. Tabayoyong received his medical degree and PhD in Immunology at the University of Iowa’s Carver College of Medicine Medical Scientist Training Program at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa in 2011. He completed his urology residency at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, in 2017. Following residency, he completed a two-year Society of Urologic Oncology fellowship at the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, in 2019. His research interest is in Immunotherapy for urologic cancers, with primary focus on bladder cancer.
