Carolyn A. Salter, MD is an active-duty Army Urologist specializing in Male Sexual and Reproductive Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and her medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Dr. Salter completed her Urology residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and her fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
She currently works at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center where she is the Director of Male Sexual and Reproductive Medicine and the assistant program director of research for the Urology residency. She is an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Her clinical and research interests include oncosexology, erectile dysfunction, testosterone deficiency, male infertility and Peyronie’s Disease.
