Dr. Amy Luckenbaugh is a high-volume surgeon whose clinical focus centers around the comprehensive care of patients with urologic malignancies. She currently serves as secretary for the Society of Women in Urology Board of Directors, and through her research aims to mitigate variation in healthcare delivery. She is the first Terry Burke Endowed Urologic Oncology Fellow at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Her clinical and research interests focus on all urological malignancies, including cancers of the adrenal gland, bladder, kidney, penis, prostate, testis, and ureter. After receiving her medical degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo, she completed a 5-year residency in general surgery and urologic surgery at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, followed by fellowship in urologic oncology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Luckenbaugh is currently an Assistant Professor of Urology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She is also a member of the American Urological Association and the American College of Surgeons.
