Course Description: Controversies in Surgical Stone Management reviews the latest in surgical stone management for the advanced endoscopic urologist treating stones. We will review, in a case-based, interactive format, complex cases in percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy and shock wave lithotripsy, among others.

Learning Objectives:

Actively manage the most complex stone cases using a team-based approach.
Identify pitfalls in new technology.
Counsel patients on complex cases.
Manage difficult complications associated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy and ureteroscopy.
Manage complex stone patients.
Recommend best imaging practices for diagnosing and managing controversial stone cases.
