Dr. Kathryn Chuquin practices in Richmond, Virginia with Colon and Rectal Specialists. She earned her medical degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, and went on to complete a general surgery residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. Dr. Chuquin completed her colon and rectal surgery fellowship at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. Her clinical interests include minimally invasive surgery, inflammatory bowel disease, colorectal cancer screening, and care equity with a focus on rural communities.
