Shireesha Dhanireddy, MD is an associate professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the University of Washington. She serves the Medical Director of the Infectious Diseases Clinic at Harborview Medical Center as well as the Medical Director of the Madison Clinic, the largest HIV primary care clinic in the Pacific Northwest. In addition to her clinical activities, she teaches students, residents, fellows and colleagues. She also serves as an expert consultant for the Mountain West AIDS Education & Training Center Project ECHO, HIV Telehealth. Her research is focused on improving care of persons who inject drugs with serious infectious diseases as well as HIV/STI treatment and prevention. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases, and Addiction Medicine.
