Robert Harris is the Deputy Medical Director of Mobile Clinical Services and Buprenorphine at The Baltimore City Health Department. Since 2018, he has been working on implementing mobile clinical services. He completed his Masters in Nursing in Family Practice and Masters in Public Health at the University of Pennsylvania.
