Kathryn Traub is a third-year medical student at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and a project lead for CARE Student Outreach, a student-led program providing community naloxone distribution and opioid overdose education in Newark, New Jersey. Prior to medical school, Kathryn worked in LGBTQI*, immigrant, occupational, and environmental health research and programming. Her interests include community health education and building community partnerships to address health disparities and substance use disorder in primary care settings.
