Resident Physician
Temple Univesity Hospital
Dr. Gordon Hill is a third year internal medicine resident at Temple University Hospital. His interest in behavioral science began as an undergraduate at Tulane University where he majored in Psychology and Neuroscience and worked in a lab studying learning and memory in rodent models. Afterward, he was awarded an NIH research position where he continued work in this field of study. During medical school, he completed a Masters in Pharmacology and Physiology while doing research on HIV associated dementia. As a resident at Temple, Gordon worked daily with patients at the epicenter of the opioid epidemic, and he found that his clinical interests and research interests were aligned in caring for this underserved population. He has been accepted to Yale University's Addiction Medicine fellowship program, and he looks forward to building a career focused on gaining a better understanding of how to treat patients suffering from addiction.
