RN Care Navigator

Yolanda Preston, RN, is the Care Navigator for the inpatient Addiction Consult Team at the University of Michigan Health. She also supports all of primary care at the University of Michigan in initiating patients on buprenorphine in the outpatient setting. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wayne State University. She is certified in both addiction nursing (CARN) and case management (CCM) and is a committee member for the Addictions Nursing Certification Board.
