Started in 1939 by Bill Wilson, the founder of Alcoholics Anonymous, High Watch is the world’s first treatment center founded on the principles of the twelve steps. We treat individuals through the full continuum of care including detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and sober living.
High Watch also is a leader in mental health and addiction education. High Watch Media produces feature-length documentary films focused on human stories of resilience in recovery.
High Watch’s Global Exchange Conference is held at Disney World in Orlando, Florida and is a four-day event of educational presentations, workshops and experiences devoted to mental health, addiction and wellness professionals.
