Mohamed Adawee is the System Director of Infection Prevention and Epidemiology at Sparrow Health, MI. He has over 24 years of clinical experience in Infection Prevention and critical care settings. Adawee is active with APIC, where he serves on the Practice Guidance Committee and is the liaison with the ASHRAE and FGI. Adawee earned a master’s degree in Infection Prevention and is currently a Ph.D. student in Epidemiology. He is certified in infection control and healthcare quality, a fellow of APIC, and a published author in the field.
