Laura Bardowski is a Clinical Coordinator in the Healthcare Epidemiology & Infection Prevention department at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. She received her Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on infection prevention from Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing, Loyola University Chicago. She began her career in infection prevention in 2002 and in recent years has been involved in a partnership with her institutions ambulatory clinics developing a comprehensive program assessing high level disinfection and sterilization practices in these settings.
