Peggy became board certified in infection control in 2018 and has served as an Infection Preventionist since 2016. She currently serves as the Infection Prevention MPH Fellowship Coordinator at her organization. In this role she oversees MPH student cohorts through an infection prevention fellowship program. Her areas of expertise include environmental surveillance and hand hygiene, perioperative infection control, diagnostic and antimicrobial stewardship, research and statistical analysis, process improvement and C diff reduction initiatives. Peggy also serves as a board member of APIC Indiana.
