Focus Group - 3M

3M would be honored to have you participate in a Focus Group with your peers to gain feedback on Perspectives on Patient Surgical Preparation. If you are interested in participating and meet the eligibility criteria listed below, 3M will provide an honorarium, which will be detailed in a brief letter agreement that will require your signature prior to the meeting. Please note that the honorarium and meals provided by 3M will be reported to CMS in accordance with the Affordable Care Act, if applicable. 
To be eligible to participate, you must meet the following criteria (please note that once we reach capacity, additional registrants will be placed on a back-up list): 
1. Familiar with perioperative products in the surgical setting, particularly skin antiseptics and incise drapes 
2. At least five years of experience in current infection prevention role 
3. Planning to attend APIC (3M will not provide any travel accommodations) 
The Focus Group will be held at the Orange County Convention Center on Monday, June 26, from 11:00am - 12:30pm. Lunch will be served during the Focus Group.
