Applied Silver is the innovator of SilvaClean technology, an EPA-approved treatment that imparts active antimicrobial properties to a wide range of fabrics.  

•	The SilvaClean technology platform that infuses textiles with silver ions during the laundry rinse cycle, where they bond to the fabric and actively kill pathogens, mold and mildew as the textile is used, handled and stored.
•	Linens are hygienically clean after laundering.  Enroute to patient and use, they are susceptible to contamination by pathogens from the environment, which can then spread to patients and staff.  
•	Contaminated soft surfaces can transmit infectious organisms and can lead to hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
