Compliance Shark helps healthcare facilities mitigate the risk of HAI's acquired from healthcare textiles. Hygienically clean Healthcare textiles are a critical, yet often overlooked and poorly understood, step in patient care. Textiles have been implicated in hospital outbreaks of fungal and bacterial pathogens. Compliance Shark aims to help by providing our expertise and consulting services to hospitals, surgery centers, long-term care facilities, laundries, and healthcare accreditation organizations (e.g. Joint Commission, DNV, CIHQ, AAAHC, ACHC, Etc.). Our engagements begin with a linen/laundry risk assessment where we assess the opportunities, across the linen lifecycle, for contamination of healthcare linens. We then partner with facilities to mitigate these risks through smart policies, infrastructure enhancements, staff training, linen testing, and ongoing reporting.
