Alexis W. Phillips, MPH is a health equity champion who strives to amplify community voices in policy and systems-change. She aims to develop and strengthen tailored prevention and intervention strategies to promote the well-being of historically marginalized communities. Alexis has more than 10 years of experience in community health programming and qualitative/quantitative research. She earned her Master’s in Public Health from the University of Pennsylvania, and a dual Bachelor’s Degree, Cum Laude, in French and Sociology from Portland State University. She is currently a Policy & Assessment Specialist with the Adolescent and School Health Unit for the Oregon Health Authority’s Public Health Division.
