Beth Giambrone is currently a Senior Analyst in State Health Policy for the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO), where she contributes her expertise in public health policy and state legislative analysis for identification and development of ASTHO's projects. Her current projects include policy academies on breastfeeding, maternal & child health, and food safety, as well as legislative research and policy analysis on adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). She was previously an Analyst for Community Health and Prevention at ASTHO, where she helped state and territorial health agency staff develop their leadership capacity to implement place-based, community-led initiatives. Before ASTHO, Beth was a Legislative Associate for the National Governors Association, where she aligned the governors’ priorities with federal and congressional representatives, and served on the US Department of Agriculture and Interior's Wildland Fire Executive Council.
Beth holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Drew University.
