Rosemary Fournier is the FIMR Director with the National Center for Fatality Review and Prevention. Rosemary provides technical assistance, training, and resources to FIMR teams, and is a frequently requested speaker on best practices FIMR reviews, infant mortality prevention, implementing evidence-based recommendations, and engaging partners. As State FIMR Coordinator, Ms. Fournier provided leadership and consultation to local FIMR programs for over 18 years in Michigan, and ran a local FIMR for over 5 years. Rosemary was the Midwest Nurse Consultant for the Nurse-Family Partnership® National Service Office, an evidence-based home visiting program for first-time low-income mothers. Ms. Fournier was a Project Director for the federally funded Healthy Start program in Saginaw, MI. Her clinical nursing background includes Antepartum High Risk, Preconception Care and Counseling, Childbirth Education, Newborn Nursery, Labor and Delivery, Post-Partum, and Neonatal Intensive Care.
