Gwen Doland is a Clinical Manager at the National Resource Center for Infant-Toddler Court Program (NRC ITCP) at ZERO TO THREE. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and holds an Infant Mental Health Mentor-Clinical endorsement. In her role, Gwen provides training and technical assistance specific to substance use disorders, infant early childhood mental health, and intimate partner violence. Additionally, Gwen leads work at the NRC ITCP to infuse parent leadership intentionally and systematically. This is done within the program and as a part of the training and technical assistance offered to states and sites implementing the Infant-Toddler Court Team approach. Prior to joining the ITCP NRC, Gwen provided over twenty years of direct experience working with young children and parents who have experienced significant adversity in various roles.
