Ellisa is a Public Health Associate, on the Child & Adolescent Health Team at the Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs (AMCHP). She has a rich history advocating and serving adolescents and young adults throughout her undergrad and now early in her career. She led a student organization on campus promoting and recommending services that elevate student wellness. She now provides training and feedback on how organizations can enhance early career professionals and marginalized identities work experience. She is passionate on creating holistic work environments that are intentional in dismantling systemic barriers and inequities that attribute to burnout and hostile spaces.
