Dr. Meera Menon is a seasoned social science researcher with extensive experience in the evaluation of early childhood programs, including home visiting and community-based initiatives. She has expertise in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods research designs and has consulted for and guided several large- and small-scale scale evaluations of early childhood and public health programs. She currently serves as an Associate Director of Research and Evaluation at the National Institute for Children’s Health Quality (NICHQ) where she leads the evaluation of several large systems-change programs focused on improving perinatal and early childhood health outcomes, including the Equity Systems Continuum (ESC) project. She received her master’s and Doctorate degrees from Tufts University, where she focused specifically on early childhood development, program evaluation, and applied statistics.
