Mrs. Pigg has fourteen years working with grants and is a Certified Research Administrator. She has managed several federal and state level grants for two different higher education institutions. The portfolio managed is approximately $4 million. She has extensive experience with HRSA funding, which includes management of four NEPQR projects, two Advanced Nursing Education projects (ANE-Nurse Anesthesia and SANE), one Advanced Nursing Education Workforce, one Nurse Faculty Loan Program, one Nurse Anesthesia Traineeship, and one Health Tomorrows Partnership for Children Program. She was recently named a Society for Research Administrators International Future of the Field awardee for 2022.
