Kryshonda Alleyne is an Instructor at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, School of Nursing. She received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology in Houston, Texas from Texas Southern University. She graduated from Greenville Technical College in Greenville, South Carolina, where she obtained her Associate’s degree in Nursing. She is also a graduate of Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center New Orleans where she received her master’s in nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in 2014 and Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2021. Dr. Alleyne holds a family nurse practitioner certification with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She is also an active member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners (LANP), and a member of the Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society Epsilon Nu Chapter.
